BEATRIZ LOCHEAD:

Beatriz has been an Orlando resident for 30 years, a Florida Realtor for 28 years, and a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association since 1992. She has worked in the high-end real estate market since 2006 with Sotheby’s International as well as Christie’s International. With her extensive background and knowledge of the Central Florida Real Estate market, Beatriz brings unique insight into the areas of not only residential and commercial real estate but also in the short- term market niche. Beatriz is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and would be happy to assist you in making your Margaritaville dreams a reality.

CINDY SIMO:

Our team’s Cindy has had her real estate license since 2003 in addition to a Bachelors in Finance and Management Information Systems. Before her career in real estate, Cindy was a Technology Account Executive selling global networks for WorldCom and AT&T. For the past 19 years, Cindy has worked exclusively in Central Florida, mostly with large developers, but also in the general real estate in the luxury space. Cindy is also a Certified International Property Specialist through the Realtor Board. According to Cindy, she plays a very average game of pool, her favorite color is purple and she likes long walks on the beach (Okay, maybe not the beach thing- she’s super white with freckles).

KARL FISHER:

Karl has been a licensed realtor since 1995. Before joining the Margaritaville team, he worked for 15 years with the Ritz Carlton. Karl is an avid traveler, visiting over 100 countries and calling over 25 “home” at one point or another! Karl speaks both English and German, and has worked exclusively in the Orlando area since 2012. An asset to our team, Karl knows a thing or two about living “fins up, all the time” at The Residences at Margaritaville Resort Orlando.
